Every session is engineered to deliver imagery that commands authority, builds trust, and converts across every professional platform.

Where are sessions held?

Sessions can be held at your office, a preferred location in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, or at our partner studios. We also travel nationally for retainer clients and on-site production packages. Location logistics are discussed during your pre-shoot strategy call.

How long does it take to receive my images?

Standard delivery for all sessions is 5–7 business days from shoot date. Rush delivery (48–72 hours) is available for an additional fee. Retainer clients receive priority processing with same-week turnaround guaranteed.

What should I wear to my executive portrait session?

We send a comprehensive wardrobe guide after booking. In general, solid colors, well-tailored garments, and minimal patterns photograph best. We recommend bringing 2–3 outfit options and discuss this in detail during your pre-shoot strategy call so your wardrobe aligns with your brand narrative.

Can I bring team members to a single-subject session?

The Executive Portrait and Personal Brand sessions are designed for one principal. If you need imagery of multiple people, we recommend the Corporate Team or On-Site Production packages, which are priced and structured accordingly.

What does the commercial license cover?

Our commercial license permits use across all owned digital and print channels including websites, social media, press materials, annual reports, marketing collateral, and advertising. It covers global, perpetual usage for your organization. Sublicensing to third parties is not included without prior agreement.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. For sessions at $3,500 and above, we offer a 50/50 payment structure: 50% at booking to reserve your date and 50% due 48 hours before the session. Retainer clients are invoiced quarterly at the start of each term.

How many images will I receive?

Deliverable quantities are listed for each session on the Sessions page. We curate, retouch, and deliver the best images from your session — never a raw, unedited dump. Every delivered image is fully color-graded and retouched to our editorial standard.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 7 business days before the session receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit but the amount can be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled session within 90 days.

Can I see a full portfolio before booking?

Absolutely. Our curated portfolio is available on the Work page. For clients interested in retainers or high-volume production, we are happy to share extended work samples and case studies during your strategy call.

Do you shoot outside of Dallas–Fort Worth?


Yes. We travel nationally for retainer clients and on-site productions. Travel fees vary based on location and are quoted transparently in your proposal. International travel is accommodated on a case-by-case basis for legacy retainer clients.
